Public Offer Agreement

(Offer to conclude a remote sale and purchase contract)

1. General Provisions
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) is an official proposal of the sole proprietor Dmitry Sergeevich Petrosyants, registered in the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter — the “Seller”), addressed to any individual (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods presented on the website Voskey.am (hereinafter — the “Website”).
1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Offer, as well as to the provisions set out in the sections “Payment and Delivery,” “Return and Exchange,” and “Privacy Policy” (available via links on the Website).

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer without prior notice. The new version comes into effect from the moment it is published on the Website and applies to all orders placed after the date of publication.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods presented on the Website, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms set out in this Offer.
2.2. All product information — including descriptions, images, specifications, and prices — is posted on the Website and corresponds to the data provided by the manufacturer or the Seller.

3. Order Placement
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the Website interface.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides accurate and truthful data: full name, delivery address, contact phone number, and email address.
3.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation via email or through the messenger specified during checkout.
4. Price and Payment Procedure
4.1. The price of the product is indicated on the Website at the time of placing the order and is valid at the time of order confirmation.
4.2. Payment methods available:
  • Soon: By bank card (via payment systems indicated on the Website);
  • Via bank transfer to Seller;
  • In cash upon delivery within Yerevan.
4.3. Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge when contacting the manager personally or paid according to the taxes of Yandex delivery service.
For deliveries within the regions of Armenia, the cost is calculated individually — after placing the order, a manager will contact the Buyer to confirm the postal delivery fee.
Delivery to Russia is carried out via the CDEK service, and the cost is displayed at checkout or clarified during confirmation.
4.4. The order is considered paid once the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account or after confirmation of a successful transaction from the payment system.

5. Delivery
5.1. The goods are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment of the order.
5.2. Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.
  • Within Armenia: by courier or postal service within 1–5 business days; the exact delivery cost is confirmed by a manager after the order is placed.
  • To Russia: via CDEK, approximately within 5–14 business days (depending on the region and the carrier’s schedule).
5.3. After the order is handed over to the delivery service, the Buyer receives a notification with a tracking number.
5.4. The Seller is not responsible for the actions and delivery times of courier and postal services, including CDEK, as well as for delays, loss, or damage of the parcel after it has been handed over to the carrier. All complaints related to delivery terms or parcel integrity are handled in accordance with the respective delivery service’s rules.
5.5. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the delivery service from the moment the order is handed over.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Consumer Protection” and the rules published on the Website in the section “Returns and Exchanges.”
6.2. A return is possible if:
  • A manufacturing defect or flaw is discovered; or
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product has not been used and retains its original appearance, packaging, and labels.
6.3. To initiate a return, the Buyer must send a request to voskey.mag@gmail.com, specifying the order number and reason for the return.
6.4. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within the period established by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
7. Responsibilities of the Parties
7.1. The Seller and the Buyer are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Offer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.
7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order. If delivery is impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the repeated delivery is paid for separately.
7.4. The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, warfare, transportation or communication disruptions, Internet failures, or decisions of government authorities.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. All relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
8.2. Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
